2016 Birding Journal Observations - July / August

Little Blue Heron
Hot summer weather kept the birding observations to a minimum except for fairly common backyard birds. I can report lots of ruby-throated hummingbirds, cardinals, blue jays, and several summer tanagers. I even spotted a baby rabbit under the bird feeder on July 1.
