Fifteen-year old high school student Lilian Aluri from the Aluri Home School of Columbia has won the 2012 S.C. Junior Duck Stamp competition with an elaborate pencil drawing entitled "Searching for a Snack." Her drawing will now move forward into the 2012 National Junior Duck Stamp Art Contest! More than 300 entries from all over the Palmetto State were entered in this competition that was administered by SEWE, and sponsored by SCDNR and DU. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd and honorable mention entires will be displayed during SEWE at the Gaillard Auditorium.
